ARTICLE 3: USE ZONES SECTION 305.01 PERMITTED USES In an RSA zone the following uses and their accessory uses shall be permitted outright. A. Single family residential dwellings. B. Churches. C. Public or private schools. D. Local distribution utility facilities as described in Section 108(B) of this Ordinance. E. Temporary Mobile Home placement (Family Hardship), subject to provisions of Section 404.
